Nevada Career Institute: Black employees paint a picture of racism, discrimination, and the fraud of white privilege.
Are you a Black, Hispanic, or racial minority interested in Nevada Career Institute located at 3231 N Decatur Blvd #201, Las Vegas, NV 89130? Are you seeking a position of employment with this school, or interested in becoming a student? Beware! Run! Go in the opposite direction!!
African-American consumers and racial minorities report that Nevada Career Institute is a fraud!! What do so many people mean? Where have all these opinions come from? Why are there so many organizations and persons reporting that Nevada Career Institute is a fraud?
Former black employees report incidents of harassment, discrimination, intimidation, illegal termination, unfair treatment, and violation of their U.S. Civil rights. Former students report abuse, harassment, and that the classes taught by Nevada Career Institute are inferior.
Many of these reports are posted online, on social media pages, told informally to family and friends, and on websites. Students allege that Nevada Career Institute Campus Director Mary Ann Jefferson is a closet racist, and that she is incompetent, unintelligent, lazy, and should be terminated.
However, we all know that it takes a natural disaster like the Coronavirus for a white American person to lose their job while it takes a single mistake or false allegation for a racial minority to lose their job.
Students alleged that Owner Mitchell Fuerst needs his Campus Director because she is best suited for the fraud that takes place behind closed doors.
In July of 2019, complaint files allege that Nevada Career Institute Campus Director Mary Ann Jefferson and Human Resource Officer Ethel Thamis-Garcia Abling received a request for Black employee records per N.R.S. 613.075.
According to complaint files, both Mary Ann Jefferson and Ethel Thamis-Garcia have a routine of directing their black and minority employees to put requests in writing, and then simply ignoring the requests thereafter.
When their minority victims follow their rules, and place their concerns in writing, citing specific laws, complaint records state that the degenerate white American employees of Nevada Career Institute, and their puppet employees like Ethel Thamis-Garcia, simply ignore the written requests as if the concerns of their minority victims are totally unimportant.
The Black Pages Directory seeks to highlight issues of racism, discrimination, inferior education packages offered by for-profit schools, and unfair treatment. Contrary to the opinions of American white racists, we have a legal right to air complaints and concerns!
We can only assume that when white employees make written requests, cite the same laws, and make the same requests, all is fine.
Ethel Thamis-Garcia has never publicly denied allegations that she is a former hooker of sorts. Ethel Thamis-Garcia has never publicly denied that she is a paid enforcer of Nevada Career Institute Racism.
Ethel Thamis-Garcia works as a Human Resource Officer for Nevada Career Institute. Ethel Thamis-Garcia was hired directly by Mitchell Fuerst. Like their mother, one can assume that the dirty children of Ethel Thamis-Garcia are most likely being raised to be corrupt, dishonest, and a pathetic liar like their mother. To the animal off-spring of Ethel Thamis-Garcia: Your mother is corrupt!
Former black employees, racial minorities, and others report that a corrupt, unethical, and stubborn Ethel Thamis-Garcia has different rules for different persons based upon race and gender.
For example, detailed complaints seem to validate the fact that Theresa Summerlin, the white best friend of Mary Ann Jefferson, is exempt from all rules: Nevada Career Institute white Instructor Theresa Summerlin is free to violate any rule, use her filthy language, and allow the Black students to cheat, fight in class, threaten other students, and target innocent white and Hispanic students.
Ethel Thamis-Garcia is also accused of stealing the personal property of former black employees.
Who is giving Ethel Thamis-Garcia her instructions? One only assume that Ghetto Kingpin Mitchell Fuerst directs the racism.
Given the fact that their concerns were apparently ignored, Black employees then filed complaints with the Nevada Labor Commissioner's Office. Upon reviewing the evidence, the Nevada Labor Commissioner's Office specifically directed SOUTHWEST COLLEGE OF MEDICAL-DENTAL ASSISTANTS & PRACTICAL NURSES dba Nevada Career Institute (State License# NV20081259291, Las Vegas License #G63-07240;) to comply with Nevada Revised Statutes N.R.S. 613. 075 regarding Black employee records.
None of this would be necessary if Ethel Thamis-Garcia and Mary Ann Jeffeson were not corrupt liars, and were not unethical. However, the standards for hiring and employing white Americans are different than the standards used to hire African-American, Hispanics, and others. Complaints allege that Ethel Thamis-Garcia instructs black and minority employees to place their concerns and legal requests in writing, only to ignore the requests later.
Some American white women know not to devalue themselves for a pay check. Based upon the complaint files, and online complaints, it seems that foreign-born Ethel Thamis-Garcia will do anything requested of her from Mitchell Fuerst, including prostituting what little ethics she has.
Given the wide assumption that females born in the philipines have little or no moral values, it can be assumed that Ethel Thamis-Garcia falls in the same category.
According to online media reports, prostitution in the Philippines is often available through bars, karaoke bars, schools, businesses, massage parlors, brothels, street walkers, and escort services. David Garcia, the husband of Ethel Thamis-Garcia, knew about her past before he married her.
Before the complaint to the Nevada Labor Commissioner, black employees filed a complaint with Kelly Costello, who is the Accredidation Manager of the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES). The allegations against Nevada Career Institute were ultimately forwarded to the Executive Director India Tips because Kelly Costello admitted that Nevada Career Institute was liable to adhere to published standards.
Complaint records state that Kelly Costello was informed that Nevada Career Institute refused to follow state and federal labor/employment laws and guidelines for ethics and integrity.
Kelly Costello is the same suspicious white American person that helped to approve a suspicious 5-year accreditation for Nevada Career Institute despite internal evidence, employee records, and consumer reports, that paint a picture suggesting that Nevada Career Institute is a for-profit fraud. Corrupt Kelly Costello ignored evidence that Nevada Career Institute has allowed its minority students to cheat on exams, and to cheat on assignments.
Upon notification that her own employee had admitted that specific violations of the ABHES Accrediting Manual had occurred, India Tips took over. India Tips is the black female recruited and trained by white males to be a puppet for the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES).
India Tips rejected evidence of violations of federal and state laws, and Nevada Career Institute did not respond to Black employee complaints.
African-American employees allege that puppet India Tips refused all facts, and refused all evidence against Nevada Career Institute. If you are a student of Nevada Career Institute or North-West College and the white Campus Director decides to pull a gun out and rob you then she will get away with it.
American white police officers do not investigate or consider crimes committed by racist white Americans against racial minorities. Many countries believe that the U.S. Constitution is a piece of trash!
Nevada Career Institute Racism: Hires White American Lawyers Against Blacks. It is a common tactic approved by the Ku Klux Klan (an organization founded by white American men and women) to hire white lawyers as professional liars.
Never trust a white lawyer! White American lawyers are evil. White American lawyers are corrupt. White American lawyers will not respect your U.S. Civil Rights. White American lawyers will ask you to plead guilty when you are innocent. White American lawyers will lie, cheat, and steal.
White American lawyers complain that your lawful correspondence seeking a redress of grievances is Threatening but they will protect the 2nd Amendment rights of pathetic, and cowardly white boys who carry guns in your local Walmart!!

The Nevada Labor Commissioner instructed Mitchell Fuerst, Mary Ann Jefferson, corrupt liar Beylor Meza, and their white lawyers, including Mr. Sarah Gilbert, Mr. Edward Maurice Cramp, and Mr. Michael F. Brown, to comply with N.R.S. 613.075. The American white lawyers refused.
The Nevada Labor Commissioner did not, however, revoke the business license of Nevada Career Institute.
The apparent legal theory used by the white American (i.e., Nazi) Lawyers is apparently based upon their theory that African-American, Hispanics, rights are subservient to the rights of white-owned businesses in general, and that Ghetto Kingpin Mitchell Fuerst is above the law.
It should be no surprise that a white American Lawyer will consistently disobey any law, disobey any statute, that can be construed as benefitting the legal rights of minority persons. The white American lawyer is so corrupt that he/she requires a Court Order, or directive from a governmental agency to follow basic laws.
These are all the more reasons why minorities should avoid Nevada Career Institute, avoid North-West College, and avoid Glendale College, as well as all campuses maintained and controlled by Ghetto Kingpin Mitchell Fuerst
Nevada Career Institute Racism: Use of White Lawyers from Tom Homann LGBT organization. What is the Tom Homann LGBT organization? This is an organization that supports Dog-Human relationships, Dogs sleeing in bedrooms, Lesbians, Homosexuality, Cross-Dressers, Transgenders, and every form of abnormal, perverted, and deviant act that comes to the mind of a subHuman.
White American lawyers typically support perversity. Mr. Sarah Gilbert noted his association and membership into the disreputable Tom Homann Homosexual organization.
When inquiries were made how to address Mr. or Ms. Sarah Gilbert, Sarah Gilbert declined to answer. Sarah Gilbert refused to voice-verify it's voice as male or female. Instead of ansering questions how to address her or him, Mr. Sarah Gilbert refused, and labeled the inquiry as Harassing/Threatening, etc.
We now know that members of the Tom Homann LGBT organization apparently are too corrupt to follow basic laws. They are ashamed of being exposed as Cross-Dressers. They are ashamed at being called by the very name publicly promoted on their own websites: Lesbians, Cross-Dressers, Perverts, and Homosexuals, etc.!!!
Cross-dressers typically have relationships with dogs, or own dogs as family pets.

White American lawyer Michael F. Brown claimed a valid letter inquiring about compliance with laws speficied by a government agency was threatening and harassing. Statements from Michael F. Brown suggest that this guy is either retarded, or trying very hard to be a bad lawyer. Let me see if I understand this. The Nevada Labor Commission directed his client, Nevada Career Institute, to comply with N.R.S. 613.075 for black employees. The letter was read by Mr. Sarah Gilbert.
Black employees originally complained in July of 2019. The Duane Morris client refused to comply with an original letter. The Nevada Labor Commission read the same letter viewed by his client in July or August 2019, and did not consider the letter as harassing/threatening.
The critical fact is that Mr. Sarah Gilbert has publicly acknowledgesd membership into an oganization that espouses Transgender rights, Cross-dressers, homosexuality, and lesbian acts, and men pretending to be females.
White American lawyer Michael F. Brown uses the same script that is taught to American white men and women in American law-schoools: Claim that every valid letter inquiring about the enforcement of a Black person's U.S. civil rights is "harrassing, threatening#&34. Every white American lawyer is trained to lie, and is trained to be dishonest.
White American lawyer Michael F. Brown ignored claims that his colleague Mr. Sarah Gilbert intentionally refuses to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act, and that the Duane Morris lawfirm instructed California-based North Colleges to ignore the law.
White American lawyer Michael F. Brown uses the same script that is taught to many American white men and women in American law-schools: Claim that every valid letter inquiring about the enforcement of a Black person's U.S. civil rights is "harrassing, threatening#&34.
A better suggestion is for Nevada Career Institute white American lawyer Michael F. Brown to join the Ku Klux Klan and be a valid member of White America's Ku Klux Klan organization instead of merely pretending to be a KKK member.
Or, Michael P. Brown and Mr. Sarah Gilbert perhaps should review American Bar Association Rule 1.16: Declining or Terminating Representation. The Duane Morris is not about ethics, but is consumed by greed.
Every law firm in Nevada has been made aware of Nevada Career Institute. They have refused to represent Nevada Career Institute.
A.B.A. Rule a) a lawyer shall not represent a client or, where representation has commenced, shall withdraw from the representation of a client if:
(1) the representation will result in violation of the rules of professional conduct or other law.
Each and every lawyer that represents or counsels Nevada Career Institute to violate federal and state laws must be publicly branded a con-artist. Hello Mr. Gilbert!
Ghetto Kingpin Mitchell Fuerst knew the traits of White American Lawyers Mr. Sarah Gilbert, Mr. Edward Maurice Cramp, and Mr. Michael F. Brown before he hired them.
Ghetto Kingpin Mitchell Fuerst knew that the White American(Nazi) lawyers that he hired would instruct their client Nevada Career Institute to disobey N.R.S. 613.075., and to disobey the California Consumer Privacy Act.
If you are a victim of Nevada Career Institute, or were defrauded by Nevada Career Institute, do not expect for Ghetto Kingon Mitchell Fuerst to address your concerns.
The legal strategy to defend against Nevada Career Institute is very simple. Do not accept threatening or bombastic letters written by their white lawyers. Write 1 or 2 letters seeking to enforce your legal rights. Make 1 or 2 phone calls.
The legal strategy of corrupt American white lawyers hired by Nevada Career Institute is to ignore all of your correspondences. Their aim is to deliberately get the minorty person angry. (Thank you Lord for the Coranavirus and for using this heavenly sent weapon against racist White American Lawyers, and their families).
The strategy used by many White Lawyers against minorities is typically the same. Seduce the victimized minority person to write letters, only to ignore the letters. They are attempting to build a case to show a judge.
Never write any more than 1 or 2 letters to the corrupt Nevada Career Institute, or their American white lawyers. An American white lawyer will only correspond with another white lawyer. That is the nature of corrupt white Lawyers in general, and specifically the white lawyers hired by Nevada Career Institute.
Corrupt white lawyers hired by Nevada Career Institute are being instructed by Mitchell Fuerst to refuse all oral communications from non-white persons, and instructs all former black employees and former minority students of Nevada Career Institute, to place their so-called letters in writing. At that time, the letters will be ignored.
Below is a list of campuses controlled and managed by Mitchell Fuerst. Before deciding on a school or campus, always place Nevada Career Institute and North-West College campuses at the botton of your list.
Any school managed by Mitchell Fuerst, or his Jewish family members clearly do not represent the best interests of African-American families.
