This fact opens up advertisers and search engines to claims of dishonesty, and being unethical because consumers are being seduced.

The Google Advertising department does no background check on its advertisers. The Google Advertising department does not care if PadSplit company owners or any advetisers are registered sex offenders in Atlanta, GA. However, for at least 6 months and longer, PadSplit apparently has not updated its FaceBook account to relfect its true business name.

According to records filed with the Georgia Secretary of State's office, the principal headquarters of PadSplit Inc., and its officers, and owners, are in Dekalb County, Georgia. It is no concidence that various crime-reporting websites (including According to CrimeGrade.org, and others) claim that "DeKalb County, Georgia has a high rate of both violent and property crime compared to the rest of the United States.

In numerous legal filings, it has been been documented that PadSplit Inc is headquarted in Georgia.

The fact that PadSplit Inc is a Georgia-based company is significant. Companies and persons located in the State of Georgia have a history of deceit, incompetence, GOP voter fraud, being tied to Donald Trump, and operating slumlords.

Many said there is no accountability for who comes and goes week to week.

The article claims "The company called PadSplit is adamant that it is an affordable housing solution. It has continued expanding during the pandemic, claiming to be an answer to the affordable housing crisis. But PadSplit is facing questions in court."

"Frustrated, angry DeKalb County neighbors waited for a judge to rule on seven code violations against PadSplit", writes the TV reporter. The company helped guide the renovation of rental homes, many with no inspections on the books. In at least one case, a neighbor told Channel 2 a three-bedroom home was turned into seven bedrooms with one common space — a kitchen — for weekly renters in a single-family neighborhood.

The three supporters of Neo-Nazi Donald Trump, all white Georgia residents and males, claimed to police that they assumed that Ahmaud Arbery was a burglar. The Donald Trump supporters pursued Arbery in their trucks for several minutes, using the vehicles to block his path as he tried to run away. Evenutally, three white male Georgia residents would end up gunning down Ahmaud Arbery like he was stray cattle.

All three white male Republican animals, Travis McMichael, Gregory McMichael, and their neighbor, William Roddie Bryan, are life-long residents of the State of Georgia. Voting records confirm their allegiance and support of Republicans.

A dead Black man was lying at his feet, blood coming from his chest, and mouth, and the Republican white male police officer did NOT ask a single question about his medical condition! No questions were asked of the three white male Republican animals, Travis McMichael, Gregory McMichael, and their neighbor, William "Roddie" Bryan.

The responding white male Georgia Republican police officers were simply having a very casual conversation as if they were discussing tea, a child's soccer game, etc. The fact that a Black man was lying just a few feet dying meant absolutely nothing to these sick animals!! The Republican (/a/k/a Neo-Nazi) white male police officer failed and refused to even ask about the legality of the shooting nor the validity of any self-defense claims.

Arbery was still alive at the time officers arrived on the scene.

No arrests were made!! Ahmaud Arbery was treated less than a dog by Republican male animals! The murder took place in a residential neighborshood not too far from PadSplit housing or in the state of Georgia!

A cover-up of the crime, hiding evidence, soon took place.

A review of various social media posts tied to PadSplit Facebook groups paint a disturbing picture of many PadSplit propertry hosts and lenders claiming the criminal indictments of Donald Trump are "fake" or "phony.". Mr. Trump, a former U.S. President, has discredited the U.S. media with claims of "fake news."

A criminal indictment is NOT fake news. Trying to claim an election was stolen is a direct lie! Every court that has heard Republican claims of election fraud has dismissed the claims as lacking evidence. However, according to to PadSplit Lender Jeffrey Weller, the criminal indictments against Donald Trump constitute fake news or are phony.

PadSplit Host Brian Harbour claimed that a public critic of PadSplit by Las Vegas Rooms was "not athentic, the article is B.S. Has to be joke.".
